Throxuithepel provides key making, duplication, and locksmith services, including but not limited to:

  • Key duplication (house, office, car)
  • Emergency locksmith services
  • Smart key programming
  • Lock installation and repair

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement
  • You will use our services in accordance with these Terms
  • You are using our services for legal purposes only

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Throxuithepel, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Have legal right to request key duplication or locksmith services for the property in question
  • Be present at the property during service provision unless otherwise arranged
  • Provide valid identification when required
  • Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Service Booking and Payments

Service Booking

You may request our services through our website, by phone, or email. We will confirm the service details including date, time, location, and price before proceeding.

Payments

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

  • For standard key duplication, payment is due upon completion of service
  • For emergency services, payment is due upon completion of service
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price
  • No-shows without notification may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price

Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • If we cannot complete the requested service due to technical limitations
  • If the service provided is demonstrably defective or not as described

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion and will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throxuithepel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Throxuithepel, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Australia or the courts of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
